The EEC Minister Adamkul Zhunusov and Minister of Roads Development and Transport of Mongolia Dangaa Ganbat discussed the prospects and directions of cooperation in the field of transport

Adamkul Zhunusov spoke about the activities of the Commission on the development of integration in the field of transport, the adopted documents, ongoing projects and plans for the future. Particular attention was paid to the formation of transport corridors as a framework for expanding cooperation between the Parties in the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum of understanding between the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Government of Mongolia signed on June 17, 2015.
In his turn, Mr. Ganbat spoke about the work on the implementation of infrastructure projects in Mongolia. Also, it was offered to initiate the preparation of a joint document, which will ensure moving to practical interaction on the development of transport corridors, cooperation in the field of road and rail transport.
Adamkul Zhunusov supported the initiative of the Mongolian colleague.
