American Business is showing interest in the EAEU
Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of Eurasian Economic Commission Tatyana Valovaya visited San Francisco (United States) where she highlighted the additional opportunities offered by the single market of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) for business to American partners.
This was during the session of the U.S.- Russia Business Council dedicated to implementing innovation and strengthening international economic relations.
“American business needs to full take advantages of the benefits of Eurasian integration," said Tatyana Valovaya. ”All the preconditions are in place to take economic cooperation between us to a whole new level. This is particularly important against the background of the negative trend in trade turnover that we have seen recently."
The EEC Minister spoke about the international activities of the Union, highlighting the growing interest in it from official and business communities in the member states and economic integration associations worldwide.
Tatyana Valovaya also informed the representatives of the American business community about the prospects for deeper integration in the EAEU by 2025 in key areas of the economy that have been come under supranational jurisdiction.
