In RSPP held its first general meeting of the Non-Profit Partnership "The National Coordinating Centre for the development of economic relations with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region." The first general meeting of the Non-Profit Partnership "The National Coordinating Centre for the development of economic relations with the Asia-Pacific region" took place in the RSPP October 31, 2014 under the chairmanship of the President of the RSPP AN Shokhin.

The meeting approved the membership of the Partnership, the Board of the Partnership, as well as the Board of Trustees. Participants discussed and agreed on the main directions of work for the period 2014-2015.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Economic Development, SS Resurrection. He stressed that the Russian authorities, including the Ministry of Economic Development, willing to work together with the Russian business community in the Asia-Pacific dialogue venues, for example, in order to facilitate the promotion of Russian products to the markets of Asia-Pacific region and attract investment from the Asia-Pacific region in the projects of Russian business.

As requested by para. 5 of the Protocol meeting at the Prime Minister on the issue "On the development of Russia's cooperation with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region" (from May 12, 2014 number of DM-P2-38pr) and Decision of the Bureau of the Board of RSPP (from June 18, 2014 number BP-2/9) of the RSPP, together with interested Russian companies, business associations and public authorities established a National focal Point for the development of economic relations with the countries of the Asia-Pacific.
